Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges within the USA are included in the total order amount. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to cater to your preferences. Please notify us in the comment section or by direct email jp@jenniferperlmuttergallery.com to request expedited delivery for an extra charge. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return policy
